This website is operated by MaxTheFun (company in formation). It describes a product that is still in development. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. A product in development

Everything described here, including features, supported parks, screens, launch timing and prices, is a statement of our current plans and may change or not happen at all. Screens shown on this site are product previews with illustrative data, and the final app may look different. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell a product or service.

3. Forecasts and time savings are estimates

Queue forecasts, plans and time savings are statistical estimates produced by our models. Real conditions on the day will vary because of weather, ride closures, crowds and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular wait time or saving.

4. Independence

MaxTheFun is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any theme park operator. Any park or attraction names are used only to identify them and remain the property of their owners. Information on this site is not official park information.

5. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not guarantee access, pricing or a launch date. How we handle your email address is described in the privacy policy.

6. Information for investors

Content aimed at investors is for general information only. It is not an offer to sell securities, a solicitation of investment or investment advice, and it contains forward-looking statements that may prove wrong.

7. Intellectual property

The MaxTheFun name, logo, text, designs and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share pages of this site for personal and informational purposes. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it, or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

These terms will name a governing law and venue once the operating company is registered. Until then, the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence applies.
